ooh, have not updated in ages...not that anybody would read this anyways.
what's happened in my life recently? nothing is a good word.
but i might be workin next week, for good money for the bank of scotland.
also, a mag back home has agreed to buy my articles if i write them, which i of course will. i have a two-week stint of employment at our uni in september and the nice people in the record shop where i used to work said i might get a job there again as people are leaving. ooh, and yesterday i sold my leeds ticket on ebay for a nice profit. the money overfloweth....which is nice for somebody who is livin off tesco value cup-a-soups.
yeah, due to lack of money there hasn't been that many highlights recently. went to see some local and not so local emo/hardcore bands on the weekend thou. this friday i'm going to see sons & daughters, which should be nice.
and! i have purchased tickets to morrissey at perth city hall on the 3rd of september, which should be most enjoyable.
this week i'm attending a band meeting. yes, i'm in a band, ooh check me. keyboard & vocals. now, i just need to learn how to sing...admittedly i can hold a tune, it's just that my voice isnae that great. oh well.
i have been inspired by this recently.

i don't have a 4track anymore. but i do miss the mono 8track player boom box. i want one again. at the end of the day working in the studio. we used listen to old mingus tapes on it. it would total relax us and ground our perspective. it was needed after long hard days in the studio
