So I'm back from Albuquerque. I took a trip out there last week to see what progress I had made/ to see if the "lifestyle" still fits.
-It doesn't.-
To move back would be a step in the wrong direction. I miss alot of things about that place but its mostly the people and a few cool spots. I am lacking the correct support structure out there. As soon as I was back it was pretty much back to all the old ways. It doesn't help that I have a bunch of drug using, alcoholic, suicidal friends. So to even consider going back about 3 major changes would have to happen.
Anyways the major reason for going was to see NIN! I got burned at the With Teeth Summer Tour 2006 in Burque by the previously. I mean dissed pretty hardcore before, during and after. So now it was my chance to do over without the drama. Fuck you. This is MY show!!
This song hit me pretty hard in particular. I'm not sure why, I do love the song (Especially on the Still album) but this time around it was the right place at the right time.
(Yes that is the song that is used in the Terminator Salvaton trailer, which was also filmed in Albuquerque and NM. Fitting No?)

So the day after I'm back I went to the Irvine show! Bwah Ha Ha! That's right. I saw them twice!
Although the Irvine show was nothing like the Burque show for several reasons.
1. I had lawn tix for this one, going from pit passes to lawn is enough to ruin any show.
2. It was like I was at a fucking ball game. Some vendors waling through the crowd shouting "Peanuts" and "Churros." Then the crowd consists of a bunch of guys holding their chicks, both trying to look cool. And will not shut the FUCK UP! I mean what THE FUCK?! Shows to me are unadulterated emotional rage! Yeah I'm bitter, and this is not a diss to women at all! I have seen some women fucking throw down at shows. Just not at this one. *Sigh*
3. Then Motherfuckers boo when NIN finished Head Like a Hole and walked off stage. I was ready to fucking punch some dumb fucks in the mouth. But it was only me and they were many.
First and last show I'll see at Verizon in Irvine.
And this is so not a shot at Trent or NIN. They were tight as ever.
