this afternoon was weird. my dad went from literally choking me and trying to kill me, to somehow regretting the way hes treated me for the past 21 years and and opening up to me. for the first time in my life he hugged me and said i love you. i was even able to show him all of my tattoos without him getting mad.

im really confused, but ive never been happier.

his parents both died this week, and his younger brother stole all of the inheritance and pawned all of my grandmothers jewelery. he fucked up our entire family. so my dad was really upset about it all and took it out on me when he heard me and my mom yelling at each other.

i dont think our little fight deserved him wrapping his hands around me, but in a strange way... im glad he did.

so now, i am okay. (for the first time in a long time.)

now i just have to hide the bruises on my neck so he doesnt get in trouble... \
