Today at work, I personally took care of 239 transactions. Take into account that that figure is per transaction, not per person. There are two cash registers in the Starbucks/Barnes & Noble cafe where I work. I worked from 4 pm until closing time, which is 11 pm. All these idiots about town see a fucking Starbucks sign and they shit themselves. I swear... What they don't know, is that the best coffee in town is at a tiny little cafe downtown called "Rude Awakening". On top of having yummy coffee, they also have free wi-fi, while people have to pay for wi-fi at B&N. Yet, every day, the coffee-brewing, Frappuccino-blending, white-chocolate-cheesecake-serving, cafe part of the store never fails to make more than $2000 a day.

That's a lot of fucking coffee. I wonder if people really realize how much fucking coffee we make on a daily basis.

In comparison, "Rude" downtown and the other coffee shops around town are really lucky if they break $1000 a day. I know. I've asked them.

Fuck Fayetteville...

And fuck Fort Bragg, too...
