I'm sitting here at the house. I'm bored. I have four cats, this computer, and a big TV to keep me company. Right now, I'm burning a CD for some people at work. We have a little mix-CD/mixtape thing going on and I'd like to try to keep it going, if for no other reason than to fight off boredom and to give me something to do.
If you happen to be one of the people I work with, here's what you're getting, like it or not...

I think I put way too much thought into the making of the mix-CDs I make for people I know. I think way too much about something that really doesn't matter at all, when you think about it... It's all right though. If someone were making me a mix of random stuff, I would like to think that they went to the trouble to actually think about what they were giving me. I'm sure most people don't, but still... It's a nice thought.
Then again, like I said... If doesn't really matter anyway. There I go thinking way too deep into things again. Analyzing, overevaluating and rethinking until I've broken things down to the tiniest mental pieces, at which point I usually forget what it was I was doing in the first place.
Going off on tangents is definitely "my thing". Yep.
I must go get ready for work now, showering and whatnot. I don't actually work until 4, but as I'm having to walk to work, I figured it'd be a good idea to get started early.

'tis a knife. once i'm done with the blade, i'll carve a wooden handle to go over the tang. maybe make a sheath. iunno.
