i'm sick of looking at my life as one big 'to do' list. i avoid waking as long as possible, holding back the flood of frantic thought that has been so much more peaceful in slumber.
i want my life to be one big 'to enjoy' list.
i want my first thought to be of something wonderful.
i want to close my eyes with a smile every night regardless of the day's events.
i want to open them every morning eager to drink in the new experiences to be savored.
i want to stop looking around at what i need to fix.
start instead looking at the blessings my life is full to the brim of.

Isn't nice that we can talk ourselves into being happy? My life has been much better since I realized that!
but its already good if you re thinking like that, to improve, to get somehwere...no?
