i was thinking about my boi's shop he just opened... how everything is just flowing in the direction he wants soo smoothly, he's doing what he loves and tho he comes home exhausted after 15 hour days, he comes home glowingly happy... and a lot of this has to do with the people he has in his shop with him...

and observing this reminded me of the fact that he's had this one best friend since childhood...(who i happen to have 0 respect for, i think he's a boring, sheisty loser, and i know this because we lived with him for a couple years.. blech)..
anyway sometime in the last year i decided that instead of being a bitch to the dude and thinking how much it irritated me how much my boi loves him, i was going to focus that energy into thinking about what kinds of people i would LIKE him to be friends with.
i have been thinking, i want shawn to find a new best friend. and i thought about all the qualities i wanted his new friend to have.. also this whole time i've been thinking about the kinds of people i wanted to be surrounded by..
well along comes his business partner (they became partners within three hours of meeting)...
such a RAD guy. he and the boi are SO alike.. just peas in a pod.. except for little differences that actually make them mesh even better.. like my boi being a big picture guy and chad being into details...
and chad's little brother is a good kid too.. he's who my boi started talking first since he lives with his parents still across the street from us... and his friend (also a good kid) is working in the shop with them too..
my boi comes home and tells me how harmonious everything is...

i just love it because... i attracted this!! of course my boi did too, i have no idea which of his thoughts did... but i know for sure that using the law of attraction affects the lives of people around us just as much as ourselves!

now my boi has an awesome friend to hang out with all the time, one i LIKE, one he likes, one we both trust, one who's going to be a big part of this huge business they're building!

PERFECT, and it all started with a thought of, 'how would i like it to be? who do i want in our lives?'

was the fact that though i remember thinking all of that, and even writing it down a lot of times, i never saved any of those writings... i got into the habit of releasing things after i wrote them down... because if you are detached a bit and not NEEDING something it comes to you MUCH faster..

BUT how cool would it be, how much of an in-stone type confirmation of the power of my thoughts, if i had saved some of those journals?

(and i'm going to try to get my boi to do this with me) is once a week (and i'll probly do this more often than that but not for this exercise), sit down and write or type out everything i want in my life.

and then once a month, i can look over the last three lists and make two new ones to save: one giving thanks for eveything off those lists that have come true, and another condensing all of my requests into a new list, after which i will erase or throw away the previous weekly lists.

THENNN i will be able to look back at previous months and see how beautifully everything i want has flowed into my experience... and the more i see confirmation of it, the more my faith builds and my resistance fades, the more in the flow i will be, and my life can only exponentially improve!
