I got lucky last night. No, not that lucky..
I got a call from a friend about having an extra ticket to Digitalisim at the Doug Fir. I wasn't going to go, cause I could only afford to treat myself to the purchase of my Bike on this pay period. I ended up getting there around 11, and fortunately, only missed some horrible openers and a cheesy dj set. Digitalisim went on about 11:15, and played until almost 12:30. It was a great show.
Apparently, Portland is one of only a very small handful of cities on their tour where they were actually playing live. Other cities they're going to are only getting the Digitalisim Dj sets.
Afterwards we went down to the Tube where friends of ours were bartending. Paid very little to drink a whole lot, and I ended up going home shortly before beer 30.
It was a fun night. Now, I just need to figure out how to not spend anymore money until Friday. I;m so over drafted its not even funny.
