I drink coffee in the middle of the summer. I eat popsicles when there's three feet of snow. I like when it's dark in midafternoon because of a thunderstorm. I like to pet dogs on the street and people watch as I sit on the curbs. I like mix-CDs. I like to study to Chopin, and walk in the rain. I like to play poker while wearing a skirt. I like intellectual conversation while drunk. I like bunnies and pigtails. I like to match my music to my mood. I like to watch cheerleading competitions on TV and playing pool online. I'm bad at returning movies.
I like seeing old couples holding hands, and cute babies. I like to text message, although I don't have it anymore. I don't like when cigarettes aren't completely put out, or bad drivers. I hate loose handshakes and awkward silences. I like traditional dinner-and-a-movie dates. I don't like popping balloons. I don't like when people use "they're", "there", and "their" in the wrong context.
I like to look people in the eye. I hate when my house isn't clean. I hate cleaning my house. I like compliments that are sincere. I like the Jersey shore. I don't like scary movies. I don't like loud systems in cars. I like to pass judgement on people just to see if I'm right later. I like the color green, and friendly people. I hate feeling jealous. I won't poop in public.
I hate when people don't say "God bless you" when I sneeze. I like sitting outside, picking flowers and catching fireflies. I like italian restaurants and all-you-can-eat buffets, even though I susually only have one plate. I like crunchy lettuce. I hate overpriced meals and unappreciative people. I like baggy pants on girls and pants that fit on guys. I like making people laugh. I hate when people park illegally and don't use flashers.
I wish smiles from strangers didn't make me uncomfortable. I don't like group mentality, or drunk fights. I like when I wake up early and feel refreshed even though I only got five hours. I don't mind getting started at. I like long hair, and live jazz. I like walking downtown, wherever downtown happens to be. I like harmonizing in my car to Weezer songs. I like acoustic cersions. I can't stand hair in the tub, even when it's my own. I especially hate hotel showers. I like flip-flops. I hate feeling nervous.
I like friendly stray cats. I love knowing what it feels like to fall in love.
