Last night I didn't get to go dancing, but I did fall asleep early so I could wake up 4:45 ready to face the day. How glamorous! I get to go thrifting with my friend Dennis today, and to see his new loft, which sounds really neat. He and his boyfriend are going to Tiger Army with me Sunday night. They're dolls.
Yesterday I helped my mom at work, and it turned out to be more fun than I'd thought it would be. She cleans houses for a living. I felt so useful helping her out. Sometimes I feel bad that she has to do that kind of work, because she came to this country to go to college and study civil engineering, but she had to deal with marriage, three kids, divorce, etc. and didn't finish. I'm glad it's something honest that she can be proud of, and she gets a lot of respect from her clients because she's sweet and does a wonderful job. It was also a job that allowed her a lot of flexibility whenever she needed to be home with us while we were growing up, so I'm thankful she does well for herself.

If I'm lucky, I may get to borrow my dad's Camaro convertible this weekend. It's not exactly my style, but it's a V8.

my favorite is fresh angel hair with a little bit of butter, some basil and parmesan. holy moly.
i'm also a huge mac and cheese fan, but i've really just stopped eating it as often as i used to- same goes for most pastas nowadays.

As for a Kung fu master. I hear you can order one from Ron Popeil for 3 easy payments of 19.95 plus shipping and handling. You just add water and he slices and dices better than a Ginsu. Leave it to Ron, the coolest guy in the world, to make "KF Master in a can". It's all the rage in trailer parks worldwide. You have to watch out for the cheap American rip offs though. They wear out in like 2 months.
