Tonight I'm going to 80's night, so everything is alright. I have a few leads for work that I need to pursue, and I get to see my friend Holli today, who is nice enough to trim Sherlock's terrible basset hound nails for me. I'm afraid to do it because if I cut the quick he'll yelp and make me feel guilty, but she's got a Dremel that can file them down nice and short, painlessly.
I might as well have a child he's so high-maintenance, but then again you can't put a child in a crate for time-out, can you?
Today I'm going to be courageous and ask the redhead out. I'll let you know if it ends in humiliating rejection or vindicating approval. There are so many interesting girls in Atlanta; maybe I should just go hang out by Agnes Scott and read some Kundera at a coffee shop.

The sound is what made it disturbing. It made the Daniel Pearl video look like a cake walk! Quite a mess it has all become. Hope you have a great weekend! We must must talk soon!

I have intentionally tried to avoid that video. I can only imagine how horrible it must have been. I can't watch stuff like that. I mean, I get scared at goofy gore movies, I could not possibly watch the real thing and not have terrible nightmares.
