Tonight I get to wander around San Antonio with some of the SG Texas people because Volkov is being shipped out to Iraq in a few weeks and we are determined to show him a good time. We're going to Night in Old San Antonio, part of Fiesta Week there, so we'll be drinking sangria, admiring the Latinas, and acting like fools.

My friend Dennis called me last night and invited me to go see Tiger Army with him and his boyfriend when I get back to Atlanta. I love them, the band and the boys.

I'm craving some good short stories to read when I can't sleep, something like Maupassant or Dinesen, or Murakami. It'll be good to have all my books in one place.
