Happy Easter!
I spent a million dollars on groceries last night. I bought a big jug of fresh tangerine juice, some yummy salad mix, a box of Neapolitan ice cream sandwiches, tons of frozen Amy's organic stuff, and of course, more mango-lime punch.
It's been raining all weekend, but it hasn't bothered me because I've had so much to do inside anyways. I'm making progress with my schoolwork, watching movies, reading, and listening to lots of Nina Simone. I really miss my family and the good food my grandmother always makes for Easter, but it's not so bad being on my own this weekend.
I hope everyone is having a nice weekend. How did you spend it?
Oh gross! Some guy on my online dating service says he's seen me before, here in Houston, and he'll tell me where if I contact him. Either that's his idea of a good line (wtf?) or he really has.
