Okay, I'm not going to ever say anything bad about anyone again. The woman with the unfortunate face that I mentioned in my last blog came in today with her dog because she accidentally stepped on her, and the dog was dead. We all felt awful for her. She cried, but fortunately she had a close friend with her. I always hate when people lose a pet without anyone there. Her tiny Yorkie was only 6 months old and had a chronic pancreatic condition, but she was good company to her owner and I'm sad she died. Evidently whatever happened broke her neck.

Today was actually going well before that. My favorite basset hound came in for a routine visit. I got twice my usual reading done. I slept a lot last night so when I woke up I didn't feel as sick as I did yesterday. There were no crazies on the train talking about how stank-ass 'hos need to be washin' their stank-ass pussies (like the night before).

My mom called me last night and told me there's a chance she'll be able to keep our house. I don't want to get my hopes up, but part of me was relieved.

I miss this album. It was my soundtrack when I lived in Houston.
