Took it easy last night - only drank a couple beers - did my crossword - hung out with some friends - then came home and talked to SarcasticMenace

so yeah - my day off - got my hair cut - went to get a burger with my daughter - that was cool - we hadn't done anything just her and I for a while - no one could believe that she was my daughter - her being so older looking -than 12 - and me being so much younger looking than 35....

My knees have been bothering me lately - so I have decided to start up a stretching routine every day - being on my feet for 8 hours - 4 days a week - without sitting down has started to take it's toll.......

so yeah - going to go out for a bit later.... eat something - have a couple beers and come home.......

well - it's off to play some music with my roomate and grab a snack........ ciao
