Sunday Muddy Sunday - why? I dunno.... I just felt like being a dork - but that is not different than any other day ....
It was like 104 Friday and 100 yesterday and will probably be like 90 or 95 today - oh well - we all are on the edge of our seats all winter waiting for this weather and when it gets here - we all complain... yes - that's right - I am complaining.... but there is nothing you can do about it - haha...
so yeah - I made an awesome Greek salad today - pasta, feta, garlic, artichoke hearts, tomatoes, mushrooms, parmesan cheese, red onions.... and olives... indeed - how yummy .... it goes well with my olive skin and Greek and Italian background.....
