I put in my two weeks at my job this morning because the owner said that she "was going to slit my fucking throat" beacause i worked 13 hours yesterday on something that wasn't due until next week (she didn't give me a date) and i cost her $300. No one has the right to talk to their employees like that. I submitted my two weeks. 30 minutes later, she came in and fired me, refused to allow me to gather my things, and told me that she absolutely would not pay me for the things i bonused on this week.
Now, for the first time I've been fired from a job, and I'm out of work. What the fuck do i do now? I've not been without a job in 6-7 years. Fucking pissed, and hurt.

That Sucks - Make her pay! Get you ass right away down to the NM Dept. of Labor on Mountain just east of Broadway, and start the paperwork for unemployment (benefits don't start for about two weeks so hurry) and also file a complaint. Youl get more than you might have expected while you're looking for another job. Good luck!
