That Sucks - Make her pay! Get you ass right away down to the NM Dept. of Labor on Mountain just east of Broadway, and start the paperwork for unemployment (benefits don't start for about two weeks so hurry) and also file a complaint. Update: Having forgotten that the competition is the day after Cinco de Mayo, I'm forced to change my plans.

I will not be attending the contest.

Instead, a blurry husk that looks vaguely like me but with horribly bloodshot eyes and the stink of second-day tequila sweat will be there, munching miserably on a breakfast burrito, but screaming just as loud as I otherwise would.
