So last night I went out and bought anew laptop, a Sony Vaio. I have to say it is perhaps the coolest thing that I have ever purchased. I plan to start taking classes online so I believe it is a justified investment to further my education and it's really sweet. My house-mate and I have also purchased a home brewing kit and tomorrow plan to start brewing our own irish stout. Our hope is to become more proficient at it and brew our own variations. I actually wanted to brew an oatmeal stout but the attendant suggested we start with one a little less complicated to begin with. I will keep you posted to let you know how that goes.
