Today my strength left me. After 4 days of abstaining from my medication, the withdrawl symptoms got the better of me.

Please, please don't do this by yourself or because you feel you're a slave to your meds. You're not. You need to talk to your doctor and make sure you really need to stop taking this. There may be something else that can help you. You wouldn't consider a diabetic a slave to his body for taking insulin, would you? If you need something, there is no shame in taking care of yourself so you can be healthy.
