As someone who worked in news production for over 5 years, issues like this comprise one of the many reasons that I no longer watch read or listen to most traditional news outlets anymore except in passing.

The notion of unbiased media is bullshit to say the least. Not much that can be done about it at this point though except trust no one, dig for true facts and make your own decisions. As you've just shown, bias is evident in the mere choice of stories most news outlets choose to run. Don't get me going on a rant.

Anyways... you do realize I'm one of five right?
