gah! i totally forgot that today was when i was gonna have my annual physical. good thing i looked at the calendar. i was poked. i was prodded. i was told i was ok (at least until the lab results come back). now i feel like having a cigarette, drinking a lot of beer and eating at mcdonalds oink

thanks for the kind words everyone. i'll be ok. i just needed to vent and get it off my chest more than anything. anyway i'm doing much better now. the swelling has almost gone down and bruising has started to give way from the purplish color a more greenish/yellow tone (trust me that's a good thing). i going to get the staples removed either tomorrow...

things i did this weekend:
well, mostly worked. highlights include finding out i missed the belgium beer festival at my favorite pub mad worked in the vuetek department cuz they were short staffed. we had to get 96 billboards printing and trimmed by monday. one guy was there for 22 hours trying to make sure we got it all done. i didn't stay for that long...
