I used to be so good at replying to comments & such. Right now, not so great.
Of course, it's a lot more fun when you're not already exhausted from communication all day long. Waitressing means talking to people, all day, so then coming home to emails + text messages + all sorts of random tagged-here, tagged-there? Rough!!! All I want at the end of...

This post reminds me that The Delphines (who have now morphed into The Bluebonnets) have a really cool song called Do Not Disturb. And thinking of The Bluebonnets reminds me that I'm driving to Austin for SXSW tomorrow and should not be staying up this late.

Must be super cold, we never get snow here in the sunshine state!
I had a full-on migraine last night. That was awful. I will never, ever again exaggerate a slight headache as a "migraine" again. Lesson learned!

Feh, you can have your warm winters. I used to live in the Bay Area, and it never snowed. It was brutal. I'm glad to be back home, with two feet of snow on the ground.

More for me!

I miss you too! I was talking to Miss K and thinking about making a trip out on a long weekend.

My travel agent is going to look into it =)
I was just outside my building and I overheard a snippet of a conversation between a girl and a guy as they got into a car. I don't know what they were talking about, specifically, but we can all make an educated guess based on current pop culture. The girl alluded to a movie and complained "it was in Swedish... with subtitles" as if that...

I don't want to go to Toronto
I don't want to go
All of the blocks are square
None of the streets are twisted

Read that whole Toronto blog, I say that cause don't take enough time to read blogs like I use to and like I use to write.. It was funny, interesting. I do love Toronto, I guess it seams to have a Chicago feel to it, I don't know why, because it does not look like Chicago, but it feels like Chicago - and I think Chicago is the best USA city. I went to Toronto for the first time some years back and everyone i met was so nice and pleasant - every place i ate was delicious and that was enough for it to be one of my most favorite places on the planet. Loved your Don't Panic set, it is one of my ever-so favorite on SG, loved your new set, you have this - powerful, confident naturally beautiful energy displayed on all your photos, always a exciting joy to view a set of yours. the best to you - may you have a wonderful, fun and safe new years - may all your best wishes come to fruition in the new year. MUAH !!!!

I love Toronto! But I didn't grow up there. I feel the same way about my hometown. I NEVER like going back.
Yesterday I slept for about 20 hours out of 24. I went to bed Saturday night feeling fine but Sunday morning I woke up, made coffee, and before I'd had half a mug my stomach rebelled and vomited up the little liquid. Since that sucked, I just went back to bed. Got up for a few hours in the afternoon, and slept all night to...

Glad you are feeling better! Hope you are well. When I'm sick I just want to be left alone to sleep.
Sleep that knits up the ravelled sleave of care
The death of each day's life, sore labour's bath
Balm of hurt minds, great nature's second course,
Chief nourisher in life's feast.

Yeah it was pretty bad in ontario, they had to airlift some people stuck in their cars. I keep picturing a bunch of stalled cars with batteries running low and tons of random people smooshing together for heat, the nyou know what the emergency services arrive they are all having sex... hehe
