i bought an exercise bike on sunday. 20 miLes today brings me up to 100 miLes this week. i fasted for 4 days, Liquid onLy. I ate some necatrines and an avocado yesterday, then went out to dinner tonight with moms. I had a torta adovada. i'm aLso cutting way back on coffee and Liquor, and thinking about giving up meat again (except fish)....

Port Hueneme! Fuck, I haven't been there in years. I used to date this one chick with an apartment right on the beach--not that far from the base. I swear-- my car broke down there on my way back to L.A. and I had to stay over nite cause the dealership was way the fuck outta the town. I clearly remember just drinking alot and board games in that town. What's there to do man? I mean you live there... what's keeping you there?
