It seems like you want and need some distance from him since there is still pain, hurt, and anger surrounding him. Hard as it may be to do this you need to see if you can distance yourself from him - try to reduce the amount of contact you have with him and see what happens. That is far easier said than done and things are still pretty complicated right now...with time things will get better though.

I ran into a lot of the "you might be good for this position but you need more experience" when looking for jobs. It was really frustrating since I want to get a job to get the experience but can't get the experience without actually getting a job. Keep at it and eventually you'll find something - there are employers who will take on people who recently graduated and don't yet have that much experience, but they're not the easiest to find.
I had a good Xmas. I made out like a bandit. I got 2 pairs of Hello Kitty PJ's. Hello Kitty slipper boots. 6pair hello kitty earrings. Rosetta Stone in Spanish (how sad I can't fluently speak my own language.) I got the rocksmith game for 360. Zelda skyward sword, a fijit. Honestly too much to remember now!!!

It's your first shoot so naturally there will be room for improvement. With time you'll think of more ideas and get better at it, but it seems like you are already off to a good start.
Hopefully you will be able to find another job to have for a bit to make up for what's going on with your pay at the current job. I kind of understand why employers would be hesitant to hire someone who is overqualified but in this economy they should be a bit more lenient, especially for part time work.
