I'm so sorry for your loss. I know what you're going through. 4 years ago, my cats had kittens. I had to take care of the runt. I would feed her every day, wash her bedding every morning, helped her go to the bathroom... One morning, I was feeding her and she just toppled over. I held her in my arms and she died. I only had her for 7 weeks but she changed my life so much. Exactly one year after she passed away, I got her tattooed on my bicep.

another year where im not invited to the bfs family christmas. they did make another night to have the girlfriends or other family members over, but after 5 years, i cant attend the one at the cottage?

i mean, my bf is the reason we have their 'consolation' get together. i just dont understand them. and theyre such miserable people. i hate talking smack but i cant handle them sometimes. its just completely unfair. i just dont think they fully appreciate each other. and holidays has always been an argument. i mean i went from no invitation at all to any occasion, to this. so its a plus, but i almost want to be like, well dont bother coming to our house for xmas in the future. i just feel on top of it, his mom is going to complain about having multiple dinners too.
ive not been invited to weddings, as well. the whole idea blows me away because i come from a big family, and we always invite peoples boyfriend/girlfriends to our dinners, even if youve been around for only a week. and i told him that. this whole 'we cant do anything' pisses me off. you just choose not to ruffle any feathers in your twisted, old fashioned, christian family values shit parents. but i just dont get why they complain then, that they have kids who still live at home, if they dont want girlfriends over. the whole situation in itself is a fucking disaster.
