To stay with someone on the basis of routine or fear of lonliness can only make us worse off.
I hope you feel better soon, m'dear.
And yeah, life sucks, more often than not. But somehow it ends up being worth it.
P.S. Don't grow too attached to happy pills. They're a good start, but end up being a crutch if we grow too dependant on them. I know from experience.

The scariest feelings of all are the ones you can't explain, but sometimes that sense of dread is just random and it drifts away (or maybe the horrible feeling is a premonition of something that somehow was avoided - that's an interesting thought).
