I am working 11 days straight between 2 different provinces so if I am a bit slow answering and updating, this will be why. Don't worry - I have not forgotten you guyswink

Mission for today:

Well - If I can't remove the suture (it is in a place where I can't get to it - and it is the type which I am not trained to remove).....then I'm gonna go work out at the gym until it "falls" out.

I smiled 2 times today smile

I still have one "running" suture in my shoulder, but it is one that I cannot remove myself (it is 4 inches long) and the doctor that I work with knows that. It was my punishment for removing the others myself.frown

Yikes, thanks to be the first to welcome.

How many times can you hear how much better things will get? ya know it is just a switch, *click*, then all is well.

Toay was the first ay of Autumn, you could feel the click aroudn 7pm yesterday night walking home from the supermarket, just around the corner up the hill.

Autumn is the best and then followed by the others. now I look forward to the chill, not so terribe in Auckland but you can imagine....

So things will change, better is how you're able to twist them.
