I'm enjoying a lot of time off right now, it's sweet. Work is always slow for a few months in the winter, and this year I've hired on a helper. I want to still give him a decent paycheck, so I'm just tightening my belt a little bit and letting him do as much as possible. Now if I could just turn the fucking computer...

What kinda blister-producing work are you up to eh? Sunrises and sunsets are indeed some of the things worth admiring. The best part of my commute to work is the sunrise, and seeing the light on the bay and the mountain turning pink. Actually I'm more of a night person, so I need that reward.
I just put up some pictures of my newly painted motorcycle, check 'em out. I'm pretty pleased with the results, although I messed it up in a couple spots with the buffer after it was done. I think I should've waited a few more days for it to cure before I messed with it. Oh well, live & learn. It's the first real paint job...

Life is very good. A new motorcycle isn't hurting matters either. I've never bought a brand new vehicle before, the break-in procedure is very very difficult. It requires that one be gentle with it & keep the revs down for 500 miles, for the next 500 brief periods of proper acceleration are alright, but fast as shit for hours on end is still not acceptable....

I failed miserably. (I have a cup in one hand right now). We'll see how this weekend goes. I'm re-motivated by a friend I ran into on Monday who is my age, had high blood pressure like me and gave up caffiene and it is almost normal. I just don't know if I am ready for the headache.
Things are good. Not much else to report presently.
