First and foremost, big thanks to Calypso and maxiebond for the words of support. You guys kick ass.
So, things have been up and down as of late. I registered for my classes on Friday. Schedule is pretty similar to last semester's...A few teachers that I wanted weren't teaching this semester, so I went with Comp Eng 160 and Humanities 101 instead of... Read More
Ok, so I started writing this journal yesterday. With that being said, I show to you now, what would have been...
Pray for me Good Sirs
Alright, so depending on the results of my MRI, I may not have to have that procedure on the 11th. With that being said, you are all welcome to pray for me and wish me the best.... Read More
Once again, I am left speechless. I would so, so very much love to offer words of support or sympathy, but I don't know what I could say that has not yet been said.
What I will say, however, is that you're in my thoughts.
On a lighter note, since the taping of "Next" I haven't talked to that chick. Ha. It was all scripted. They told me that they'd give me the money regardless, and that I should just say I wanted to go on the second date.
Bah. I have to ask you a question, though...was it weird to actually see/hear me in action?

So, we saw Kong last night. It was pretty good and the special effects were amazing. The only thing is that Peter Jackson has a real knack for making movies too long
We got to see the real rough, rough, rough animation of the T-Rex battle at the Con, so it was really cool to see it all fleshed out
Motion city sountrack is totally awesome. I saw them a LONG time ago before they were famous and I thought they were totally cool. I'm glad they "made it"
One of my online friends recently found out that his dad has lung cancer. The dad's name is Michael. Pray for him and wish him the best mmkay?

Turkey. Thanksgiving. Turkey. Football. Turkey. Ok, so Thanksgiving was only so-so this year. My mom was sick, and my brother was out of town, so we didn't have a giant feast. But did I mention that we had turkey? Yes, turkey, a most delicious turkey. I love me some turkey.
On Saturday, we went out with my brother and his girlfriend to celebrate... Read More
Well, as you said, it certainly is a "blessing" that it isn't cancerous. Even still, though...I can't even begin to imagine what you're going through.
Have they said what their plan is if the tumor doesn't shrink?
Regardless, I'm sure you'll be just fine. You've made it this far...and, you've got me hoping for your good health. That's gotta count for something right?
I'll ask my mom if she's got any heathen suggestions, herbal remedies, things like that. She's generally cramming that crap down my throat when I'm sick.
Saw HP on Friday. I really enjoyed it, although it wasn't great. Went to like a 9:50 showing, so unfortunately my parents didn't get to enjoy the film due to being so tired from work. Got to see the Superman teaser though...So sexy up there on the big screen.
So, I missed class today. I feel like shit and am having asthma... Read More
My mom and I unintentionally went Christmas shopping on Friday night. We had originally gone just to get a memory card for my GameCube (Which had been on for nearly a week straight). To further explain that situation, we had bought my niece a GC to replace her old one. She moved in with her dad in Colorado, and he just needed another... Read More
I started my new medication today. For those who did not see my last journal, I am on a testosterone receptor blocker, which I have to take three times a day. Apparently this medication works for older people who have prostate cancer, as tumors developed with that condition are similar to mine. We also got a rough timeline for upcoming appointments and procedures.... Read More
