I am struggling to get into the festive spirit this year, it could be because I am going to be working right through the holidays this year.

I did take a few photos in Trafalgar Square earlier of a mass of Santas. Apparently the event was advertised, all was well until some started pelting the crowds with sprouts.

2-3 mile walk this morning as didn't get out yesterday as weather was too bad. I now feel absolutely shattered, no time for a nap as have to be somewhere for a briefing at 4pm and have yet to cook a nice healthy lunch.

Think I have slept 4 hours at best, prepare for a crash out later.

Still in my efforts to be up at a reasonable hour its just gone 9.30am and here we are, not that I am ready for the day yet. Shopping this morning to remove the cabin fever from being at home too much.
karma:
ARe you feeling better? How long did the vertigo last?

Woke up at 4am with really bad vertigo

Its slightly better at 1pm but darent walk far

Two years ago this month the same thing happened and I was sick for 3 months with it. I suspect looking at too much scrolling text may have kicked it off again..so may not be about that much for awhile

Mate, I remember how shitty that was last time round.
Praying, sending good vibes, etc., that that isn't the case this time round!
