In the UK the local authorities assesses what disasters could conceivably happen to their region and draw up an emergency plan for it. I would assume what happened in New Orleans was conceivable thus there should be an emergency plan for it. But there doesn't appear to be one. Which is disgraceful.

My weekend was long and hot. I was out near Bakersfield and got about 2 hours worth of footage, so I'm pretty happy. Met lotsa' cool people. (At a united farm workers event)
So anywy I just got home and I am freakin' exhausted, I need sleep in my own damn bed. It's weird but like, I can't ever get good rest in a hotel room, I'm always uncomfortable! Anyway have tons o' fun in Vegas, and I hope ya' win big too!!
