I've started losing weight recently. I've had a lot of issues trying to lose weight in the past and I finally found what works for me. I made a Facebook and blog to motivate me to keep up with my weight loss and exercise but I need more people to follow me. You don't have to if you don't want to, I just think it's good thing, not only for myself to have others to inspire me, but just to bring more people together to inspire each other. Me too! First of all great job! I'm down 50 lbs and recipes are my shit so add me if you want tips, tricks, motivation etc. She Cooks Now on Facebook! I'm a huge fan of green smoothies, healthy alternatives to my favorite bad foods and budget cooking. If its your thing. Good Luck and keep it up!!
