Ok all i can say is FUCK the atkin's diet. While yes it is fun to eat hamburgers and fat incesently. I was waking up everyday with a very bad stomache... I was feeling deprived and starting to become obsessed with eating... And it was making me have really weird dreams of eating ice cream cones I could not have.

The best fallout from this Atkin's craze is that KFC of all places have ads running now that tout them as "healthy alternatives." Reminiscent of the 50 year old cigarette ads where claims were made about the health benefits of smoking. Doublespeak and sleight of mouth in this country is simply getting out of hand.

So i decided to get in shape for tour...I know i'm not neccesarily out of shape, but I want to be extra healthy. So I decided to start doing the atkins diet. It's pretty sweet i can eat all kinds of veggies and fat and I lose weight.

there are actually a ton of studios in portland, lots of canadians from vancover arts. but due to the 911 stuff anyone without a 4 year degree from a 'college' can't work in the us anymore. so there are going to be a ton of job openings happening all around. i've been getting a ton of calls from friends asking if i am going to have any freelance work available, and from other friends asking if i want to work at their place... i'm good for the moment.
Portland Oregon, and Park City Utah sound like good places to hang out for a bit when i'm done with video games though...
