I keep having a recurring dream theme that is starting to cause me distress....
It is basically me reliving a traumatic event from a few years ago..... and I want to know how to make it stop...
Everytime I wake from this theme i feel so depressed etc....
Maybe I should go visit the dreams group here and ask for advice....

i am so depressed....
yesterday i took my external hard drive to a friends place so he could obtain a movie...
while it was in opperation he dropped it
now ALL my media..... ALL my personal photos.... my book i wrote is gone
he has killed my toy and my memories....

Take it to a data retrieval place, they can get back almost anything, do it as soon as you can, the sooner the better, this is the kind of thing they are here for.

For the record you should have known better then that, never take a device out of your house that holds that much important info, never, you should also have more then one back up if you can, it's ok this time, just don't do it again wink
