Such a profound post. You are so right. Happiness begins with you. Good choices, good attitude and feeling good about yourself are certainly where it begins. Then others can pick up on your happiness and it will spread. It seems as though so many people go out of their way to find all the bad in the world and focus on that. I choose what is good and there is still so much of that in the world and could be so much more if people will just choose to make it so. Thank you for your post, your attitude and for sharing something positive. That's what I love about SG. There is so much positive energy here.
