So far it's about a former model that had her face partially removed due to a bullet wound and that is really all I can say so far because it's written in a very loose style and there are a lot of jumps in topic and setting. it's by Chuck Palahniuk, the author of the books-turned-movies "Fight Club" and "Choke" as well as a host of other books. I believe he actually coined the term, "Suicide Girl".
