Dude, all I can say as someone who has been there and done that is if you're not feeling being able to go out and fully enjoy life with people, then don't. You'll kick yourself later if you do and are a curmudgeon. Believe me.

Sometimes we need a kick in the pants and sometimes we need people to just leave us the fuck alone. I'm an encourager of both styles. You cannot lead a kicking braying depressed donkey to a spot and expect him not to kick you in the nuts. Such as it is with people.

Of course, I have the little issue of SG BEING my life so that's a bit of a spin.
