Taupo was nice.
Christmas was ok.

Driving Dads car and lounging in the Spa for hours was ace.

Off to Hamilton today until the 6th of January.

If you don't already know, Adobe has released a beta version of Photoshop CS3.

So far I can't see much difference between CS2 and CS3 in photoshop itself, a new way of managing toolbars etc which will be nice for users with one monitor, but the improvements to camera raw and bridge are very nice.

Just finished prepping a new set for a certain NZSG.
I'm so proud of it, this set is my baby. It's certainly some of the best stuff i've shot - heres hoping the SG gods agree.

Hah! Actually I was just annoyed that I didn't get an "A". I thought this assignment went better than the previous one but I got the same mark. No big deal and not related to the feeling crap.
I wish I could find a way to make money doing what I want. I had high hopes for programming because I really enjoy it, but in the end I hated doing it as a job and so I'm back to studying. I fear I will be a student for the rest of my life.

Was meant to shoot a drum n bass band (Shapeshifter) tonight, but after walking an hour in the rain and only getting half way to the venue, turned around and went home. Can someone tell me why this damn city doesn't have a bus service that actualy runs after dark?

Well the Dresden Dolls and the Red Paintings were great.
The Dresden Dolls were no better or worse than last time I saw them, even if the new album doesn't grab me the same way the last one did. The Red Paintings blew me away - i'm going to have to grab their albums if I ever see them for sale.
