Hay sir I had a trial at a place today my god what a shit hole you know it is a bad sign when there are roasts pre cooked off for later use in the cool room. Do you mind me asking what you think is reasonable pay I have had so many people offer me what I think are less than reasonable rates and I don't know if I am just being to picky. Plus it seams like paying by the hour seams to be a thing of the past around here everyone wants to pay one salary no matter what hours you work and nothing extra for weekends or public holidays are my standards to high? is it to much to want to get paid your overtime?
