dude good luck. i had to go through that whole scenario twice in the last yr. It totally sucks having your car taken away from you by the law. but be thankful that car insurance in CA is so cheap. In NM, for liability coverage, with a perfect driving record its like 180 bux a MONTH! Its because no one can afford the car insurance so no one has it. Hence the worst Catch 22 that someone could get caught up in. im sure you're totally interested in New Mexico's economy so ill tell you all about it when you ask.
