Go online to get whatever body jewelry you need or even eBay. If you are in a place where you have to go to Hot Topic to get things like that and they don't even carry a variety that's sad. Try tattoo shops too of course. Cheapest would be online though. The idea that anywhere still thinks any piercings are strange in the US is just silly too me since tattoos and piercings are so mainstream now.
