I'm glad that you have a friend that you can vent so easily too, but sad that there is so much in your past that you must vent about. Sometimes thinking about things that I can not change gets me really down, so instead I like to think of big things, like trees and fields that I have no control over, and that keep on growing and growing, and that makes me happy.
I don't know if that made much sense..so sorry if I'm not much help at all
