Europe is out this time, mainly due to the instability because of the Kosovo issue. Half the continent support Kosovar independence, the other half doesn't. The trump card in this is Serbia, and all eyes are on them. It's basically in Serbian Prime Minister Vojislav Kostunica's hands now.
