yep, year of the horse is the one about neil young/crazy horse on the '97 tour. also with a lot of archived footage.
if your not a fan of neil young you'd prob find it quite boring, but im a huge fan so ofcourse i loved it.

once were warriors is a really gritty film about life in south auckland for a maori family with an abusive father. i grew up in south auckland although the scene the film depicts is not typical, it is quite shocking indeed. i guess you could kinda say its the new zealand version of menace to society or boyz in the hood in a way. i reckon you'd definately like it.
