I have it at 12% volume. His wife is driving me NUTS! I'm about ready to snap! Next time, I'm gonna say,
"Shut your fucking dog up!"

"Stop with the Post-Gastro sewer stomach that wreaks up the WHOLE fucking house!"
or
"I pay half the mortgage, deal with it you **(expletive here)!"

maybe he is jealous he is not at Prestige level yet....
I love dogs but don't have any patiece for dogs that bark indoors or they jump up on you. Just like parents with wired kids its up the to parents of the dog to deal with the problem.
maybe a compromise.....if he can get his dog under control then maybe you could use head phones after 10 pm.
just a thought since I have a similar problem with my dad who lives with me and he has the upstairs.
