sooo......

it's official! the seller signed the papers. we close on my house on October 15th! keep your fingers crossed for me that the inspection goes well and the house is in great shape smile

tomorrow is my first day back to school! it's meet the teacher day and toy cleaning (which will probably take a long time because of this flu business and kids being germ factories). i'm so excited to go back, not sure if that's normal or not. i can't wait to meet the kiddos! fun fun fun smile

make sure you check the sewage lines to the street. us, and everyone we know <even though we live in michigan and you dont> has had unexpected sewage in their basements and had to take out loans to pay over 5 grand to have the drains fixed omg!

i put an offer on a house yesterday... i should know by noon today if it was accepted or not.
