I know how you feel. I know this may sound corny, but I was almost to my wits end once, and I stood on the edge of a cliff asking myself should I stay or should I go...then I backed away from the cliff, made an appt. with a psychiatrist ( which I was against because I thought everything was mind over matter and that prescription meds weren't the "right" way to go ), I got on some anti-depressants and anti-anxiety drugs, and *POOF* 75% of my depression and anxiety dissappeared within one month. You will still be down now and then, and you won't walk around with a big gigantic smile on your face, but it will help. So, if you want help in that way, you can get it.
