My senior year in college I lived in a house with 4 other people. It was great... but only because I knew them all really well. I can imagine it having been disatrous under almost any other circumstances.

Call me selfish, but I'm glad you're back. I agree with you about the depression. Please note that I very rarely state things in absolute terms. I have a lot of theories and many opinions and often they flat out contradict one another - but hey, whatcha gonna do? I'm not going to make up my mind for the sake of being consistent! Jeez, that's just insane! Yes, depression and hope may SEEM to be incompatible, but that is just another illusion. So many illusions - I need a bigger eraser.
Whenever I've been in the nut house, the nurses joke that I'm the happiest depressed person they've seen. (And when I've been in, it's usually with at least a hundred to three hundred stitches in my arms - or after a coma - I suck at suicide) Wait, I don't suck at it, I'm just not allowed to die. I'm actually very good at it, but freakish things happen and "but for divine providence" I'd be dead. I'm not complaining since I've come to terms with the whole living deal and am now actually very glad I've not died or at least I don't seem to have... hum. Points to ponder.
Haven't tried that in several years now, but I am sure you know depression clings to me like - lint on black velvet. I suspect most people who are depressed are so because they pay attention. You seem to. I'm talking about regular, old fashioned depression. The kind you can have from the time you first become aware of the world outside of yourself. Not bi-polar disorder. Just chronic, intractable, major depression. :o) Sometimes we get other goodies too. Psychosis, Short Attention Span Theatre.... Eclecticism. My wardrobe might be said to have multiple personalities.... Do you mind the paradoxes? Are you one?

3 of last years final four return to the semi-finals again in Vader, Palpatine, and Voorhees. Alex is the only new face (taking the place of Samara who was upset in the first round). last year it came down to Vader and Voorhees. is it going to happen again?
