with any bodily injury like that, you need to baby it until it is completely healed. You know, that. You just don't want to admit it and want to get out there and start doing things. I'm usually the same way. But sometimes, especially when youre out of your teens, you need to realize you don't heal that fast. Suck it up and baby that leg until the people that supposedly know more than you tell you its totally healed. The trainer might have been a little rough on you, but perhaps it was a way to stick it in your head not to do anything with your leg that could even possibly mess it up until its totally healed. Don't worry about when you have to compete. It would be much better to wrestle and not be kicking ass than to mess up your leg again kicking a soccer ball and not be able to wrestle at all for another six months or longer. right?
Good luck with the healing cute stuff. Save the kicking for the ass when you're totally healed. How's the superawesomguy?

What did we learn today boys and girls?
We have learned that sometimes not lifting weights allows you to better focus on rehab (I have been pulled from the weight room and placed entirely into rehab/wrestling mode) What does this mean you ask? Well I'd be glad to tell you.
I know I've been bad about commenting and the like, but I *am* thinking of you. I'm just feeling a little out of it. I'll be getting a letter out to you soon, though.
I have been talking to the most awesome guy!
We have some crazy random things in common.. some of it is just crazy scary..
